Power Supply Considerations: Use the correct voltage (DC5V, DC12V, or DC24V) based on your LED strip. Do not use a DC12V or DC24V power supply for a DC5V light strip. Insufficient power supply can cause the controller to lose control, freeze the LED strip color, and disconnect the Bluetooth.

Color Calibration: When the app or remote control color is inconsistent with the LED strip, you can calibrate the colors to ensure consistency.
